We have an exciting announcement for New Philosopher readers: we’re collaborating with The New York Times on the current edition ‘Being Human’, which extends to what we hope will be a lively discussion online.

All next week (starting Monday February 4) New Philosopher magazine will be taking over The New York Times Australia Facebook group for a week to delve deeply into the big questions about what it means to be human.

The latest issue of New Philosopher, “Being Human”, is out now and features some articles from contributors to The New York Times’s philosophy column, The Stone.

Alex Hinds from New Philosopher, who is also the co-host of the monthly philosophy discussion series Bright Thinking, will be leading the discussions with a post a day. It’s meant to be challenging, fun and inclusive, so we encourage you to get involved! Over the course of the week we’ll be discussing what it means to be human. You can join the discussion here.
