Subscription commencement date
Your subscription will commence with the next available issue. Note that it is a quarterly publication so depending on when you subscribe it may take up to 3 months to be emailed your first issue. You will receive newsletters from us throughout the term of your subscription.
Currency
All store/shop purchases are stated in US dollars, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Subscriptions are charged in USD, GBP, or AUD, depending on where you reside.
Non-receipt of item or damaged item
If the address provided on your order is incorrect – e.g. entering it incorrectly when you order, neglecting to update your mailing address (by logging in to your account) prior to the magazine being sent, moving/being away after ordering the magazine – we will provide you with a digital edition. A replacement will not be sent.
If the item is returned to our address, you can pay shipping (EUR9.95 for the UK/Europe/Australia/North America and EUR14.95 for the rest of the world) to have the magazine resent to you.
Magazines are sent from the UK (except for Australia, which are sent from Australia) – if you live in a country outside of the UK and Australia, we do not take responsibility for magazines that do not arrive or arrive damaged as we cannot guarantee the efficacy or care of items via international mail. In the case of non-receipt or damage of an item in these countries, we will provide you with a digital edition – a replacement will not be sent. Should you wish to have your magazines delivered by courier with tracking, please get in touch with us for a quote.
Digital edition
The digital edition includes a Flipbook and a PDF download. There is an app produced by another company, but this is sold by them as a separate product – it is not part of our digital subscription.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind, your circumstances change, or you make a wrong decision. We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit – if your mailbox cannot fit magazines or isn’t waterproof, please contact your post office about delivery to ensure that the magazine doesn’t arrived damaged. If you would like to have your magazine(s) sent in a waterproof/padded bag, this will cost an additional USD$10/EUR10 for a single magazine, USD$20/EUR20 for a box/multiple magazines. To arrange this, please get in touch with us by responding to the order receipt email you receive.
If you live in a country outside of the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the US, we do not take responsibility for magazines that do not arrive as we cannot guarantee the efficacy of the mail system in all countries. In the case of non-receipt of item in these countries, we will provide you with a digital edition – a replacement will not be sent. Should you wish to have your magazines delivered by courier, please get in touch with us for a quote.
Should we for any reason be unable to send you magazines, any remaining issues will be fulfilled by sending you a digital edition of one of our magazines.
Shipping and Delivery Policy – online store orders of back issues
We deliver products around the world using Australia Post and Royal Mail (UK). Shipping costs are included in the price displayed. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks) depending on your location within Australia and the UK. Orders outside the UK and Australia take between 10-30 business days (2-6 weeks) – the further you are from our distribution centres in the UK and Australia, the longer the timeframe. All back issues are sent from our warehouse in the UK.
