Subscription commencement date
Your subscription will commence with the next available issue. Note that it is a quarterly publication so depending on when you subscribe it may take up to 3 months to be emailed your first issue. You will receive newsletters from us throughout the term of your subscription.

Non-receipt of item
If the email address provided is incorrect or you are unable to receive it at that email address, please provide us with an alternative email address to receive your copy of the magazine(s).

Customer Service Policy
New Philosopher is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds on subscriptions or store purchases if you simply change your mind, your circumstances change, or you make a wrong decision. We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

Should we for any reason be unable to send you magazines, any remaining issues will be fulfilled by sending you a digital edition of one of our magazines.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – online store orders of back issues
We deliver products around the world using Australia Post and Royal Mail (UK). Shipping costs are included in the price displayed. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks) depending on your location within Australia and the UK. Orders outside the UK and Australia take between 10-30 business days (2-6 weeks) – the further you are from our distribution centres in the UK and Australia, the longer the timeframe. [Note 24th March 2020: due to COVID-19, orders in North America will be sent by sea mail and will take up to 12 weeks.]
