La Fête de la philo (Paris)

For those lucky enough to be in Paris, the inaugural “Fête de la philo” will be held over more than three weeks. According to their website, the festival is the expression of a desire for philosophy, a desire for thought. “Our modern societies are haunted by many questions about all areas of the social field: political, economic, cultural, ecological. What are our shared values? What can be the right place for the economy? Intercultural relations are they reducible to assimilation and integration? Is a non-imperialist universalism possible? What role do we want to give to ecology? Etc..”
The event also aims to address personal questions. How do I find my happiness? How to reconcile my desires and the world around me? What level of stress I am able to accept or fight? Am I free?
